Mr. Abhishek Singh Bhadoriya is an entrepreneur, educationist, and hospitality professional with experience spanning education, business management, and hospitality.
He is an alumnus of the University of Delhi, where he graduated in Economics and subsequently completed his Master's in Business Economics. He also completed his advanced management studies at IIM Kozhikode, strengthening his expertise in management, strategy, and leadership.
His leadership journey began during his college years, where he served as the Vice President of the Student Association. He was also associated with the NCC Air Wing, which played an important role in developing his discipline, organizational abilities, leadership, and sense of responsibility.
Education has been an important part of Abhishek's entrepreneurial journey. He successfully managed and oversaw a chain of preschools in Gwalior, with a strong focus on quality education and child development.
Under his leadership, Podar Jumbo Kids received the Hall of Fame Award in 2020, recognizing it among the Top 50 Franchise Preschools in Asia.
In 2019, he was honoured with the "Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Quality and Innovative Education" award by Dainik Bhaskar. The award was presented by Mr. Jyotiraditya Scindia.
His journey in education helped shape his understanding of people, leadership, team building, customer experience, and creating organizations with strong standards—principles that later became the foundation for his entry into hospitality.
Through his hospitality venture, The Liquid Lounge, Abhishek founded and operates Ivoryy Cocktail Garden, Gwalior—a destination envisioned to bring together exceptional food, premium ambience, beverages, music, entertainment, and memorable hospitality experiences.
Outside business, his interests include skating, cricket, and poetry, reflecting his creativity, versatility, patience, and love for continuous learning.
When I envisioned Ivoryy Cocktail Garden, Gwalior, I never wanted to create just another restaurant or restobar.
My vision was to give Gwalior a destination it could truly call its own—something people would remember.
I wanted to create an ambience that belonged to a different league, something distinctive and unlike anything else in the city. From the beginning, my aspiration was to build a destination that would be among the biggest, most luxurious, and most distinctive hospitality experiences in Gwalior.
But above everything else, my focus was always: FOOD.
I wanted to give Gwalior some of its best food—with exceptional taste, quality, presentation, and consistency.
Because I believe that while a great ambience can attract people, great food makes them come back.
At the same time, I wanted to create a premium party and lifestyle destination for Gwalior—a place where people could celebrate, enjoy great music, experience excellent food and beverages, and create memories.
That vision continues to guide everything we do at Ivoryy.
We focus on constantly raising our standards across food, beverages, service, ambience, entertainment, and guest experience.
For me, hospitality is not simply about serving food and drinks. It is about creating an experience that people feel, remember, talk about, and want to experience again.
Through The Liquid Lounge and Ivoryy Cocktail Garden, our ambition is to contribute to the evolving hospitality and lifestyle culture of Gwalior and continue creating experiences that set new benchmarks.
